Rolls Royce finally rolled out their new model called the Rolls Royce Ghost which was referred to in spy spottings as the Rolls Royce RR4. Although the Ghost looks small and compact when compared to the Phantom, it’s still a big in your face luxury sedan.
Among the cars entered were a Bugatti Veyron, Porsche Carrera GT, Mansory Continental GTC, McLaren SLR Roadster and many many more exotics! Sadly one of the Murcielago Roadsters didn’t survive a short encounter with one of Dubai’s many high curbs but other than that the event went flawless.
Down here a new Phantom is a million dollars, give or take a cigarette paper. This one has travelled 29,000 k's in four and a half years, and is near enough to half price. Now THAT, my friends, is depreciation.

Rolls Royce rolled out a newly face-lifted version of its Phantom at the Geneva show, and we say it’s about time. Big, hulking, Uncle Fester-like, cringe-inducing, these are some of the words leveled at RR’s Phantom when it came out, and a lot of the verbal fireworks was aimed at the front end treatment. So, it seems like Rolls Royce is taking a stab at fixing that.

Ian Robertson, Rolls-Royce Chairman and Chief Executive confirmed yesterday the fact that the British manufacturer is developing a new model code-named RR4 that will also get a brand new engine.”To date I haven’t been able to tell you much about the RR4, but I can announce today that we are developing a brand-new engine for this model series,” he said.
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars today revealed the first design sketches of its next new model. Known as RR4, the car is due to be launched in 2010 and will sit alongside the Phantom model line-up. RR4 will be smaller than Phantom and powered by a new engine, unique to Rolls-Royce.
It's limited indeed. Rolls-Royce plans to build only 25 cars in a series called the Phantom Black. The name speaks for itself: the series is all about black. The body painted in a high luster metallic Diamond Black. 21-inch alloy wheels feature black detailing and center caps with RR badges which, I suppose, are also black.
Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong took delivery of the largest ever single-order of Rolls-Royces in history. These are 14 custom designed, longwheelbase Phantoms in Brewster Green (which Rolls now calls "Peninsula Green").

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars will today unveil the new Phantom Drophead Coupe for the first time in Spain, at the company's dealership in Marbella.
According to the BMW Group (BMW owns Rolls-Royce), Goodwood delivered 82 cars adorned by the Spirit of Ecstasy in August. That is up by 20 cars or 32% from August one year ago, this year they have delivered 459 automobiles.
The Rolls-Royce Phantom Tungsten is featured in the Bespoke Collection. The bonnet has a dramatic brushed aluminium finish, which contrasts elegantly with the bodywork, painted in Darkest Tungsten - a colour never used before on a production Rolls-Royce.
