Looks like Mercedes is moving forward with production of their non-McLaren-related supercar, the SLS AMG Gullwing. This high-powered supercar is slated for market launch on March 27th this year, but the first model is now being hand-built in Mercedes’ Sindelfingen (that’s fun to say) plant.
Mercedes' new "Young Classics" program allows fans of Mercedes built in the 70's and 80's to purchase a like-new Mercedes-Benz (in some cases, even newly titled!). Awesome news for Bruno Sacco fans!!
Some car companies are chassis companies, like Lotus or Jaguar, and others, like Ferrari and Mercedes are engine companies. Having a powerful engine can overcome a lot of deficiencies in a car, that’s for sure, and recently, Mercedes, a company known for their powerful mills, received top honors for their engines.

If this is Mercedes’ idea of the future, I want to know what they’ve been smoking.
Hey, wasn’t there an American political party that was real big with the whole “stay the course” mentality that recently got its butt handed to it, voice of the people wise?
Looks like Mercedes hasn’t been paying attention, because they’re going that route with their R-Class Seda- wago-… just what IS this thing anyway.
You all know what the R-Class is right?
